this one has a spread sheet like simple layout and simple interface.Better keyboard navigation lets you add, edit and delete tasks without moving your mouse around the screen.This program has a bunch of features like forums and email integration, making it easy for users to communicate with other users, and for project managers to easily communicate with team member.But less portability and lack of dashboard are its main disadvantages.

3.Milestones

KIDASA Software is continually improving project management reporting with the Milestones family of products; Milestones Professional, Milestones Project Companion and Milestones Simplicity.From quick and easy Gantt charts to presentation quality project reports, Milestones software meets the needs of project managers across a broad range of industries.However we found that it is not upto the mark comparing with the former ones.
