Skype launches video messages beta service

The testing period will begin in beta in the U.S. and Britain, only for users of Android, iOS and Mac and will be able to send video messages to other Skype contacts, which will reach your message box for viewing later.

Windows users may also access this service messages, although unlike previous platforms, only receive a link to the video recording, instead of being able to access it directly.

Skype subscribers, who have opted for the payment plan, can send and receive an unlimited video, while those with a free account can send a certain number of videos per day, but may also receive unlimited messages.
